I will answer your question in 2 parts.
THE OIL : A very insignificant part of this mass is converted into energy, through Einstein's equation E = MC^2. The rest of it gets scattered throughout the environment. Except for the small amount converted into energy, the total mass of the oil before it is burned is equal to it's mass after it is burned.
THE EARTH: The mass of the Earth is not - strictly speaking - constant; because it absorbs thousands of micro meteors every hour. So the mass of the Earth is growing, by a small amount. It has nothing to do with any oil that might have been burned.
At the same time? The radioactive decay of elements deep within the Earth's core, is causing a small amount of it's mass to be converted into energy. Once again, this relates to Einstein's equation E = MC^2.
So the Earth's mass is ALSO DECREASING by a small amount.
Is the rate of the Earth's INCREASE in mass, due to micro meteor absorption, equal to or greater than the DECREASE in mass due to radioactive decay? Nobody knows. The rate of radioactive decay is not insignificant however.
It powers all of the Earth's volcanoes, keeps magma hot straight down to the core, powers continental drift, and is most likely responsible for the Earth's magnetic field. My guess? The decrease in mass might actually be LARGER than the increase in mass.
Nobody knows for sure. Presently it's anybody's guess.

As far as burning oil and other fossil fuels, I believe the products from that are distributed by the atmosphere, and eventually returned to the earth in other forms - but the Earth's mass isn't constant, it's constantly increasing due to collecting dust particles from space.

The gravity might enhance, even though it'd enhance extremely sluggish. Earth weighs an envisioned a million,a hundred and ten,000,000,000,000,000 plenty greater advantageous than Venus. it extremely is 2 Marses. So one hundred pounds in the worldwide right this moment might in no way weigh a hundred and ten pounds interior the destiny. there's no longer sufficient rely, till that plenty rely from the Oort Cloud fell interior the indoors image voltaic gadget at a fee that could make existence evolve in a cosmic capturing gallery with over a million 'pictures' in step with sq. mile. great Fragments hitting the sea endless cases on a daily basis might reason tidal waves greater advantageous than a mile severe. In some aspects of the worldwide, tidal waves that tall ought to attain as much as one hundred miles inland. For the load of one hundred pounds in the worldwide right this moment to enhance to a hundred and ten via the time the solar will become a crimson large 5 and a a million/2 billion years from now, 553,000 lots of rely might might desire to fall to the Earth on a daily basis for the remainder of the Earth's evolution. And precise now, in basic terms an envisioned 4,000 meteorites the scale of a tennis ball and as much as a bath fall to the earth each 12 months devoid of disintegrating. And the greater advantageous ones are uncommon. each so often none that great for over one hundred years.

Earths mass may increase due to foreign objects hitting earth. Burning oils does not decrease mass. It transform to something else

It's not "going" anywhere, it is merely being converted into other forms. With gasoline, for instance, the stored energy in the various hydrocarbons is released through combustion, and the byproducts are pure carbon (soot), carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (released in the exhaust) and water (dripping out of the exhaust pipe). The total mass remains the same.

BURNING PROCESS IS SIMPLY A CHEMICAL REACTION OF HYDROCARBONS WITH OXYGEN. IN NOMINAL TERMS THE MASS OF EARTH IS NOT DISTURBED DUE TO THIS CHSNGE OF FORM.
