The standard enthalpy of combustion for napthalene, C10H8 (s) is -5156.8 kj/mol. Using this data and the standard enthalpies of formation, delta Hf H2O (l) = -285.9 kj/mol ; CO2 (g) = -393.5 kj/mol, calculate the STANDARD ENTHALPY OF FORMATION (was bolded in the text) of C10H8 (s) in kj/mol.

a) 78.2kj b) 935.9kj c) -1065.4kj d) 3619.7kj e) -10235.4kj

Democritus developed the concept of dividing matter into smaller and smaller pieces until u could divide it no more. These smallest pieces were called atoms. Many scientists have come up with models of atoms based on discoveries made by others. 4 of them r Dalton,Bohr,Rutherford and JJ Thomson.

Your Task:
1. Chronicle the milestone in the study of the structure of matter in a timeline. Using this timeline, describe how our ideas about atoms have evolved over time.
2. Describe models of atoms suggested by Bohr and 2 of the other scientists(Dalton, Rutherford and JJ Thomson)

In ur timeline, you shld have dates, names(scientists), a brief description of their contributions which hav helped shape the models of atoms in chronological order (including the 4 mentioned abv and 5 others)

Please try and help me if you can cause i really need help from you guys. And also please acknowledge your sources.
