I heard that after 10 years our whole body is different as existing cells, particularly the skin layers die off and are replaced by new ones. I'm curious to know why the ink does'nt get expelled along with it! Anyone know why/how ?

Viruses are not derived from preexisting cells, and thus oppose the Cell Theory, and are not cells; they are simply a cluster of protein and genetic material. An organism is defined as "consisting of monomeric units known as cells". If viruses are not made up of one or more cells, they obviously cannot be considered as an organism, if they are not organisms, how can they share the same system of classification as all other organisms on Earth (specifically speaking: Domain, Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species)? There is also a dispute going over whether viruses are alive or not (since they cannot metabolize and reproduce independently).

I have browsed through many sites on any hint on which Domain viruses are classified under, but all they tell me is the families and genus of some viruses.

Which Domain do viruses belong to?

A question was asked
"Briefly describe how genetic and physical maps of a genome are constructed,
indicating techniques that are used, and how they have been used in genome sequencing projects"

My answer would be genetic maps are made by cloning cut fragments of DNA into vectors and sequecing. The locations of these fragments on each chromosome would be know because they would be linked to genetic markers such as microsatelites. They have been used in genome sequencing projects because the allow a refrence to which further genomic sequencing can by done by overlaping clones of the marker DNA.
Is there anything I could add missing?

more advanced on, for whatever reason in a given area, or even equally survivable, can a Species devolve to resemble a previous evolutionary stage? I guess in my mind I am thinking about whales and dolphins coming to resemble fish again. So my question is, how is it known that all hominids are becoming less apelike and more man like, and some are not examples of taking a step to more apelike features because for whatever reason, those features make him more survivable? (A heavy skull and brow ridge, for example)
