Why one deducted 4 points when he/she ask a question and get only 2 points when he/she answer the question.?

I suspect so students won't come home every night and just type in the 10-15 questions from their homework. Although it doesn't seem to slow them down much.

to encourage you to answer more than you ask! you have to answer 3 for every one you ask to build up your score.
