I had my daugher in a stroller in Central Park NYC, and was crossing the park drive, a yellow taxi came around a corner at approximately 35-45 mph and was at least 75 ft away from me when the driver applied his brakes - he would have hit us head on. The car lurched to a stop 25 ft away from us - I think his brakes locked but I'm not sure (nyc cabs have the worst brakes on them from wear and tear), at the moment I saw the car rounding the corner I was prepared to die because I was frozen but something in my mind said stop.

The cab seemed to hit a brick wall and actually shut off and stalled, the driver had trouble re-starting the car and I walked off with my daughter without a care in the world - still alive and not even shaken. This happened at least 12 yrs ago.

Scientist and mathematicians work out the distances and speed for me and see if it's possible that maybe the guy was a good driver with excellent reflexes.

what do scientific people believe about god? do they believe that there is something divine about this universe and ones beyond? or do they believe that if you cant prove it, its just not a fact? is everything just coincidence and happenstance, or are some there things that you cannot scientifically explain away and must be done by some higher power?

still... recent south-korean collective prayers for releasing the hostages, strange stories about korean or vietnames gathered in circles and american planes smitten with no apparent malfunctions during those wars, safe landings of space shuttles etc. etc. etc.

I have been trying to do mind awake and body asleep lately and have had no success until last night...

I was lying in my bed on my back. I was trying to stay in the third eye which seemed to be working. I slowly became more and more relaxed. I had my radio on quiely which may have helped my mind stay awake.

Then all of a sudden i started getting these weird feelings...Like i was distorted and i was in a very uncomftorable position like I was scrunched up into a ball or something. My neck felt one way and my legs and body all felt like they were in different positions. Anyway this feeling slowly went away and then i got another strang feeling. Like my bed was on a slant. I felt like i should have been sliding off of the bed but instead i felt so heavy lke i was apart of the bed. It was almost like a ride where i felt strapped into the bed as it tipped to the left side. At that point i wondereed if i was parilyzed yet so i moved my fingers and then slowly this feeling started to go away a bit. Then after that feeling driftedoff i got a rush of something moving through my body! It was like a rush of feel good chemicals or something. At first i felt really dizzy and and lightheaded and kinda scared but then the feeling kept intensifying to the point where i was so scared that i had to get up! The only thing i can compare it to is the feeling when your sick and you want to throw up but only a bit different and more powerful!

If anyone knows what was happening i would greatly appreciate you telling me please

Of course I’ve had Déjà vu before. Like when I go to do something or go somewhere it’s like I’ve dreamed about what I was going to do, or dreamed about a place I’ve never been before that I end up visiting later on.

I’m not sure if Déjà vu is supost to have those lines above the letters because this is how word pad corrected them in spell check lol.

How do you know if you are a spiritual medium?
Seriouse answera only please.
If there is a spirit in a place I can always sense it. I saw a spirit man in a shop I used to work in. I have a strong feeling that his is burried uder that part of the shop. He always walks in the same area because other people have seen him. I feel he is trying to tell us he is burried there.
Could I haves the gift of mediumship if so how can I learn how to use it?
Or is it just my imagination?
It's bothering me because what if he is there?

Our star the sun is half way through it's life span before it gobbles up the inner planets as it expands using up the last of its fuel. Will the human race evolve enough to be able to colonise other parts of space and escape far enough away to survive as a species or will we destroy ourselves through war or destroy our planets ability to sustain us before we are capable of such feats as to colonise other planets or moons of jupiter or saturn etc..?
