Technically, I suppose this is possible. If you see something on a Google Earth image that you cannot identify and it appears to be not part of the landscape, then it may be an unidentified flying object. That doesn't mean it's a space alien, though. It's merely unidentified.

UFOs? Certainly. Extra-terrestrial craft? Although this is a possibility I have seen nothing to indicate this.
The only claims to extra-terrestrial UFOs I have seen follow the same pattern as ghost photos, orb photos and EVPs--seek anomalies and declare anything without an immediate explanation as suggestive evidence if not outright proof.

there probably are some flying objects that are hard to identify on Google Earth. However, that doesnt mean they are aliens or anything stupid like that. It just means its hard to tell what they are.
Remember
UFO = Unidentified Flying Object.
UFO Does not = Alien Spaceship

Probably. Spy planes, unlicensed commercial aircraft, new technology and even asteroids or ball lightning can be classed as UFOs. Are there illegal aliens running riot on your front lawn?

Well, any unidentified flying object is a UFO so yes I'm sure there's something that can't be identified.
