Hey

Given that the Gell-Mann relationship is

Q = (B+S+C+B*+ T) / 2 + I3

(where B* is the bottom quantum number)

If we have an up quark with I3= 1/2, a charm quark with C = +1 and a top quark with T = +1 and all other quantum numbers are zero, what would be the charge Q? I would think it would be +3/2, however, my lecture notes say differently giving an answer of +2/3. I cannot understand how this is so. Could anyome fill me in?

if pluto isnt a plant what is it its in the milky way just because its to far away from the sun doesnt mean it cant be a plant if a cars to small its still a car its shaped like it and runs on petrol so pluto is a plant its round but small who cares

If a human is to step from the truck to the ground, they are suddenly seen as prey. Yet filming a documentary within metres in the confine of the truck seems as though they are invisible?? whats the deal with this movie?
Theres a point they made that at the quantum level a particle of matter shot through 2 slits will behave differently when its observed from when it is not being obsreved. Sometimes it behaves as whatever and sometimes it acts like a wave. Anyway...Is that true, or did they just make it up for a more interesting movie? where can I get more info about this subject, please no wikipedia.

I found an injured armadillo. I thought these things where supposed to be hibernating. From the looks of his wounds he was surely attacked by a predator and was limping slowly and bleeding in certain areas of its body when I spotted him. Maybe his hibernation was interrupted by a predator?

What should I do? I know it can't survive the winter and I have no experience of nursing wild animals back to health. Are there such places that specialize in helping injured wild animals?
