i have been "out of the loop" for various reasons concerning the situation between Isreal and Lebabnon. however, i'm trying to get the facts straight so i can keep up to date.

could someone summarize for me what happened, how it started and what has been going on over there, please?
also, please be as unbiased as possible. i'm looking for factual info, not just someone "bitching" about another country....
also, where did Hezbollah come from?? i've never heard of them before....

This is not to incite hate or violence but to question the way the press and electronic media works. When the 7 bombs killed 200 people in Mumbai there was not half as much fuss made as is now that people are being killed in Lebanon. Are the lives of Indians worth less? My view is all this is lipservice to the Islamic world for fear of the oil taps being turned off. The poor Indians have no such valuable commodity that the world is so heavily dependant on. The truth please.
