I have heard the really grill you. Can someone who has been US a lot under the Visa Waiver Program (that's how i am travelling) please give me some example questions they are asked upon entry to the US? I want to know how long they will grill me for as well, if there is an average?

The thing is... my sister-in-law lives in America and keeps asking for us to visit.the only thing is i was a silly girl and took the blame for something 24yrs ago and got a criminal record for it which is now i believe classed as spent. i have been on the right side of the law ever since, not even a parking ticket.
Could i just go and say nothing or would i have to declare it?

Hello,

I am a US citizen with a US passport.

I will be in the Philippines volunteering for the next 6 months. I will need to get my visa extended 3 times for this, and the visa extension takes up a whole page.

In short, I will need new pages before I get back to the US.

How can I add more pages while I am abroad?

Thanks very much.

I was wondering whether the new passport laws in the wake of homeland security will affect my passport- it was issued in 2004, so it is actually valid for about another 7 years; does it remain valid regardless, or do I need to apply for a new one under the new laws imposed by homeland security?

merci vielmals!

this is concerning a recent immigration bill that will be voted in congress...ok the bill talks about sending the illegal immigrant back to their countries, pay a fee of 5 grand and come back as american citizens. my question is this, will the ambassies give them their visas for them to come back? will the president have a deal with them for that??? in other words are ambassies independent bodies which are totally apart with the federal giverment or do they answer to someone in particular??? concern immigration??

I was denied when I applied for a tourist visa. Now, we don't have a choice but to get married and decided I should give up everything to be with my fiance. I am just scared they will still say no! I left my job before to get a tourist visa to visit him and met his family. But now, even if we are planning to get married, I still feel worried. Maybe it is because of my nationality. I am a filipina by the way. I need all the things you know for me to get my visa. I just want to be with my love one.

Since I was directly hired by a company in Dubai which they did the processing of my work documents. Is it ok if I will present just the printed copy of my work/ employment visa at the airport immigration? (which I received from my email through pdf. format) or Could I possibly rerieve the employment visa from the local UAE embassy? (since I was informed by the HR that the airport could retrive the said work visa)
