Apparently, one size does not fit all when it comes to rebels fighting war against another that they perceive as violators. Kinda like saying that peolpe that are paid to do a job and do the job as paid are hero's. The US has plenty "hero's" these days. Especially after 911. In 1969 when I came back from Vietnam, they called us "Killers"!

Drunk drivers kill more than both legal and illegal handguns combined. Yet drunk drivers get new licenses and alcohol is not overly regulated.

Howdy,

I have been sued by a corporation for $3 million bucks for a post that I published on my blog in October 2005. I was served in December with no warning or anything. At the time I was 23 (24 now) and couldn't afford an attorney, so I was forced to defend myself. I actually have oral arguments for my motion for summary judgment on July 20, 2006. I'm getting extremely nervous and was wondering if anyone knew of any related legal cases that I could talk about, or wanted to highlight some of the issues already discussed in the pleadings that I wrote.

Also, I would be very interested in any information people would have on how to raise awareness about my case since it threatens both free expression on the internet and weaker individuals that don't have the resources for legal battles.
