We are ALL American's first! Not Irish-Americans, Italian-Americans, Chinese-Americans, African-Americans, Liberal-American, or Conservative-Americans. Isn't it time to put America first and just simply be, "Americans"?
Shouldn't we have some unity among ourselves and stop beating each other up for the capitalistic profit of the media?
Our enemies read this stuff in the news to empower themselves!
Do you think we could just have a MILLION AMERICAN MARCH to promote American values and not belittle each other for a few words in a headline?

Why CNN-IBN and other English media is Anti Bihari and doing Bihar Bashing all the time...!!!!?
I feel that these electronic media is anti-Bihar. They broadcast even some positive news related to Bihar in the derogatory manner. Why the a small things happen in Bihar get negative attention than other state?

I noticed that lots and lots of people are publishing articles about how global warming will lead to the Earth's destruction and that human is the cause of the problem, so I've decided to write a paper on how global warming is a natural cause.

For over a week, everyday, all I heard about was how poor crazed Britney Spears hacked her hair off! Who cares!? There are other (important) things I'd like to hear about on the morning (afternoon & evening too) news.What are your thoughts? Is it like this in other countries? Why are these mundane things so sensationalized?

Rick DiMaio was a very good meteorologist on FoxNews Chicago. I heard he got fired for inquiring about a new person (Amy Freeze-yes that IS her last name-she's 32 and remember, H2O freezes at 32 degrees, or at least that's what she said.) I watched her debut as the new weatherwoman on FoxNews Chicago, and she was so out of it. Not to be rude, but her forecast was awful. She didn't have a clue about what she was talking about. Here's what she said. (Pointing to the Green Screen map,) "Here's another snowstorm forming in the Midwest over here." Here's what my dad said right after she said that statement. " Uh, honey, we ARE in the Midwest!" She went on to say a few other things that didn't make sense. The next day, she was still acting like that. I watched her forecast ever since she debuted Monday, Feb. 26th, 2007, and she is totally off the mark. Does anyone care to comment on the whereabouts of Rick DiMaio or Amy Freeze's ridiculous forecasts? Forget it if u don't know about them.

I love watching the local news station, I love journalism (writing), I love knowing what is going on in the world especially in my hometown, and I love exciting events that is effecting my state. If I love all of these things would a news reporter be a good job for me? I am kind of a shy person so do you think I will overcome that in college?

im talking all channels. cnn, fox, cnbc, the local news, all of it.

when did the news get so moronicly stupid? ...and what bothers me even more is they try and sell this moronicly stpid product as something intelligent.

...also, since WHEN is anna nichole smith's death deserving of more than 3 sentances in a news broadcast? shoudlnt this type of thing be left to less serious news channels than cnn?

i seriously cannot watch the news for more than 3 seconds without saying to myself "gawdddd" and then immediatly changing the channel. ....does anyone else feel this way?
