Exploited by the media?

Heres a prime example. In the 1990's in New York a Jewish couple were divorced a couple of years later the ex wife remarried a christian man. The ex husband went nuts. Killed his kids claiming that he did not want them to grow up in a christian household.

That was the end of it. There was no indepth reporting or any follow ups on what happened. No TV movie of the week or anything.

i dont know how to write his last name but hes a director on the movies the village, signs, lady in the water, etc. i watched a documentry on him and they were saying that some of his movies are real and based on his life. do you believe that?

I am doing a small project for grad school about marketing to kids through various types of media (TV, internet, digital). I know the negative aspects of ads aimed at kids -- especially the junk food ads! However, I am having a difficult time with my research in trying to find POSITIVE examples of advertising to kids.
