China fired a missile at a redundant weather satellite because that thing was not in use, it was getting in the way, make some space for new satellites. I think this is the perfect way for using missiles, decluttering the solar system. What are your views?

It's been over 800 years and they still haven't left. Isn't it time the British Government withdrew its troops and gave Ireland back to the Irish?? Paul McCartney thought so. At one stage, there were more British troops in Ireland than in Iraq.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A woman who competed in a radio station’s contest to see how much water she could drink without going to the bathroom died of water intoxication, the coroner’s office said Saturday.

Jennifer Strange, 28, was found dead Friday in her suburban Rancho Cordova home hours after taking part in the “Hold Your Wee for a Wii” contest in which KDND 107.9 promised a Nintendo Wii video game system for the winner.

Do you think the radio station should be held responsible for her death?

Pollution and war are not going to affect you but they will affect your children and possibly your childrens children. How can we prevent them? And will you do your part?

A New Jersey lawmaker is going to introduce legislation next week making it illegal to smoke inside a car with children under the age of 16 present. The new laws will make it a $500 fine and up to 30 days in jail for a first offense, $1000 and up to 6 months in jail for subsequent offenses. Have "feel good laws" and invasions of privacy gone too far? Or do you think this is a good idea?

I just read this article on Yahoo news: Democrats seek to bar U.S. attacks on Iran. If we tie the hands of our President, we will be powerless to respond to Nuclear threats now and in the future.

Write your congressmen and senators. Stop this foolishness now.

I live near the area where the Shawn Hornbeck and Ben Ownby kidnappings occurred and our local stations have been saturated with coverage for weeks. I'm sure it's been heavily covered nationally, as well, since the boys' families appeared on Oprah Jan. 18.

Anyone have any thoughts on why Shawn never tried to contact his family or the authorities in the more than four years he was missing? He was allowed to make friends, roam the neighborhood, chat on the phone and internet, and stay home alone all day while his kidnapper went to work. Shawn even encountered cops on two separate occasions, yet he never gave any indication that he was in trouble. I have a feeling he didn't want to be found. It's such a mystery to me... Your thoughts?

This one will be the straw that broke the camels back. This will not only embolden Iran but will tell N. Korea to just sit back and screw over the usa. What is wrong with the Dems? They are in effect weakening the US over their hate for Bush.

Hilary was just here in Iraq. During an interview yesterday, she kept saying what she “wanted”. She wanted more troops in Afghanistan and she wanted troops in Iraq to do this and that. She has "no" experience in military or foreign affairs. Is she already the Commander-in-Chief? Maybe she should have told her cheating husband what she wanted as a wife all those years.

Smoking is being prohibited everywhere. Okay good, but does it need to make the news every night. Everyone that smokes made that choice and it is up to them if they want to quit. As long as there are cigarettes, cigars and tabacco, there will be smoking. Should it make the news every night that someone has added more nicotine to the cigarettes making it harder for people to quit? Right now we have more pressing matters to take care of. Right?
