Are you talking military or civilian? What people think of these days when weapons of mass destruction is mentioned......people think missiles or bombs. This is true to a certain extent. But another thing people don't realize is that a weapon of mass destruction could also be the size of a cigarette lighter......and strong enough to kill a whole village or town. But to answer your question, I would imagine that the military and the CIA are involve in searching for WMDs.
