Are there enough self loathing hypocritical anti-nationals in America for this frivilous lawsuit to continue?

In the not so distant past, people who filed such a frivolous and anti-national lawsuit would have been drawn from their homes and beaten.

Supposedly it's because the statute says the flag pole can only be like 40 feet high or something and his is 80. It would be interesting to see how it would work out if his flagpole followed the rules and he filled out all the proper paperwork for a building permit, or whatever the article said he should have done.

He's violating zoning laws, and he's a big baby so he's fighting it. Regular people have to follow those laws.
