....Lets look at it this way: The Dems are more concerned with trying to stop global warming, which most of us understand is a natural cycle that must run its course (it cannot be stopped by man).....than they are with dealing with the much more immediate threat of terrorism and near future attacks here at home.
Global warming is a slow process. Being attacked is not.
But hey, they have their priorities! The security of America just isnt one of them.

America, you don't realise that on occasion, its you who is the bad guy. Like a paranoid school bully.
American and Russian foreign policy since WW2 has shaped the Middle East into what it is - a nightmare situation. Theres no easy solution - the only reason Iran want nuclear capabilities is because of they perceive you as a threat to them. Trouble is, the leaders of Iran are bunch of lunatics and any more macho Bush posturing really isn't going to help at the moment.
Be ready to attack Iran if you have to, but don't jump the gun, or you'll end up with another Iraq on your hands (Iraq, by the way, is a failure, for those who still believe its not)

it seems to me like we are dropping the ball and have been for much longer than since bush or clinton were in office...
the moral decay of our country is beginning to be clearly recognizable to anybody on the planet paying attention...
we are more concerned about our "freedoms" than we are about protecting ourselves much less maintaining our status as "world power"
FREEDOM IS NOT FREE!
there is a cost to freedom but we are too damned concerned about being 'politically correct' (which seems an oxymoron, in & of itself) and too concerned with everyone's "feelings" to do what we should've been doing all along...
i think if we draw from history and learn the lessons that have already been taught thru the loss of life in generations previous to ours, there would be no question what our next move should be, and all would be in agreement if they had any interest in the betterment of America & AMERICANS (the legitimate ones, of course!)
....just my feebleminded opinion...

I expect:
The Democrat representatives to continue no matter how much we complain.
And the Republican representatives to capitulate and be cowardly no matter how much we cry and thump our chests in frustration, as they are more concerned about the opinions of liberal voters than their conservative base.
