It would have been an even bigger distraction from their atrocities than the situation already is.

The UK JTAC (joint terrorism analysis centre) terror threat level is still at the Critical (Red) level, which means "an attack is expected imminently". So all of you people complaining about the restrictions on luggage might want to think twice. THIS IS NOT OVER. There are reports that 5 of the plotters might still be at large. Are you scared? Maybe you should be.

And what general moral/ethical rule would that be that can be claimed justifying the act of knowingly continuing to kill innocents "by accident" on a continuous basis? I challenge both sides-Jewish Zionist and Arab Hezbollah in particular to respond to this ethics Q rationally. Others are also invited to respond constructively!

Do u think the guys arrested in the UK had a plan B and that we are still in danger? What do u think about the fact that the Pakistani government warned the UK about the plot, do u think that was pretty decent of them? I do.They could have just let it go ahead.

Well since it was Arabs that killed everyone in 9/11, why dont they just make a flight esp. for them only.
Keep them off the planes with white people or other.
I think this would work.
Dont get too offended if your an Arab, blame your people not us.
I would say the same thing if were white men who were invovled in 9/11.
Airport security is so riduclous now, I mean when are they going to forbid tampons from coming on a plane???
You cant even bring lipstick!

It no longer matters who did what to whom, there has been too much death. It is time for peace. No one can turn back the clock and erase atrocities already committed, and enacting retribution doesn't change the past. Guns must be laid to rest, not people.

I urge everyone to stand up and make their voices heard. Please leave your prayers for peace here.

The terrorists got caught. They were leaving England for the U.S. All the airports are under alert.

after all, these poor guys simply wanted to practice their "religion of peace" by blowing up 10 planes full of men, women and children. it's outrageous that their rights were so obviously trampled... certainly their right to make private phone calls to plot the deaths of all infidels is sacred compared to our right to not die.

thank God (oops, can't say that) we have the ACLU looking out for us here in the US...!

I am a man. I have been celibate since my divorce in 1996. This was my choice.

I can only imagine what you might think. :)

It is ok, you are free to let your imagination run wild. :)

Most, not all, of my closest friends where I live are women.

I love women. I love many men also but I am not gay.

I am working to become an enlightened soul.

I am also willing to talk to any women who would like to talk to a man.

This is not about trust it is about dicovering something new. We all really need something new at this time in history. I am trying to do the best I can to make it so.

Best wishes and have fun but always be safe.

Let me know.

Leiberman lost his latest campaign. He shares the same view on Iraq as Clinton. They both are PRO war...going against fellow democrates.

Does this mean that now Clinton knows more than likely how her base will vote as well (against her) ?? because of war stance??

Also...if Leiberman runs for president as an Independant...aren't alot of his voters going to be Clinton's base?

Is Hillary Clinton pretty much screwed now??

Whats going on?

Do you believe that the enemy is trying to say something about air travel?

I understand that automobile travel is far deadlier, however, I feel I have good control on the open road and my record says as much.

On a flight, I have no control...and that bothers me.

The whole thing was started by fanatical mulims firing rockets into Israel. Iran has stated they want to wipe them off the map. Syria and Iran fund a terrorist organisation, thus provoking Israel into Lebannon.

Why are people so reay to believe their own leaders are to blame, rather than the evil wrong doers?

London recieved 4000 bombs during the blitz. Israel (before their attack) had recieved 3000. Britain levelled Germany in response. Surely Israel is taking a very measured response in (the only) comparison.

Sometimes, when a person kills by accident, that person commited the crime of mansslaughter because they are expected to know their actions or activities have the potential to kill or harm others. Launching Kytusha rockets with ball bearings or dropping cluster bombs in civilian populations can be expected by the respective launchers to kill innocents when they land and explode and no honest, reasoning person can deny this fact!
