At times, the networks and print news seems to be pre occupied with Israel, the Palestinians, the Saudis, the Iranians. If we are going to spend time covering international news, I would like to know more about our neighbors Canada, Mexico and Caribeanan or our trading partners Europe, Japan, South Korea and China. News junkies...DO WE SPEND TOO MUCH TIME ON THE MIDDLE EAST?

I have noticed that the same tone of voice, the same stare and look in the eyes as well as the same demeanor are apparent in Howard K Smith and Scott Peterson...especially the ET interview after the judge ordered that Anna Nicole could be buried in the Bahama's...it now concerns me about the" little one" , Dannielynn, who is being taken care of with Howard with no supervision at times.

Having read some of the articles about these morbidly obese children I have been appalled to read the responses from the parents. I find it ridiculous that these parents feel they are not responsible for the size of their children.
Surely they are ones buying the weekly shopping and cooking the meals. How can they not be responsible???
To say the child doesn't like Veg is ridiculous all kids will try that one at some stage.

We got NTL (Virgin Media) in 6 years ago so we could watch Sky 1, and choose it over a Sky subscription because at the time it was a lot cheaper- although a poorer general service.

With the removal of the Sky channels from the agreed package without our conesnt is it fair that customers still have to pay their full monthly charge?

What do you think- any other Virgin Media customers out there want to hold back all or part of their bill?


PS naturally I have cancelled my subscription today and will be moving to Sky, but Virgin Media are insisting on holding us to a 1 month notice period and will not let us remove the TV package from our bill during the notice period

Why do you support your Diocese by allowing them to squirm out of their punishment? If a Catholic committed adultry they would have to say 10 hail marys and 14 our fathers and maybe work around the church a few days. When it comes time for the Diocese to pay up for their CRIMES they don't do it. Any Catholic who contributes money to the Catholic Church is a guilty as the Priest who sexually and mentally abuses children. An accomplise to Sexual Abuse of Children!
