The hero's name is Wesley Autry. The victims last name is Hollopeter and it was, apparently, an epileptic seizure.

His name was Rodney Barsfield, and the woman that saved him is named Lisa Bugley. The subway is in Madrid, Spain. And yes, I am full of bs.
