EVA D, more than 'real evidences" are facts, and that, there are plenty of :
1- Ana's son dies 3 days after the baby born and have Howrad's name on her birth certificate.
2- The cause of death is overdose.
3- Ana Nicole dies, after had decided to take the DNA test as ordered on January 23rd by court.
4- The plot where her son was buried was brought by Howard so was hers.
5- Howard used to keep Nicole on drugs as seem on videos.
6- People have said to see Howard givin methadone to Daniel, Ana's son.

Should read: What makes Howard K. Stern so untouchable that even the police DO not investigate him? [omit the 'being' - it is not grammatical]
Who says he is not being investigated or pending investigation. First the police only investigate CRIME...a crime has to happen first...and to date, NO ONE has filed charges based on any kind of evidence...[why not wait until the autopsy findings?]...Second, in the process of the custody hearing, court investigators [not police who only investigate CRIME, remember?] MAY look into his suitability as custodial parent, but they may not, depending.

No evidence of foul play . He is hardly untouchable when the drive-by media has to bribe people to try and get them to make unfavorable comments about him ..as they did with Anna Nicole's bodyguard "Big Moe". Notice how they only show those willing to slander him or lie ?

They are just not publicizing the investigation cause he would dip... If he already killed both of them with drugs then he's definately a dangerous individual and they are going to wait before they even let him know anything is up. Plus they haven't released her autopsy yet have they? maybe they will find something that leads to him there.... Dunno he seems fishy though...

Depending on what the coroner's reports say regarding the deaths, why would they investigate if their was no suspected foul play?
