Did anyone else hear that Apple is being sued for using the name "iPhone"? I heard it on my local news station, but haven't been able to find a source online.

obvcourse...even more than in the cold war...people who do the statistics of probable scenarios have known for some time, that as we progress through the 21s century, the likelihood of a nuclear weapon falling in the hands of a terrorist, or anybody really, a black market operative---simply the wrong people, increases exponentially.

Not only are there 20 or more unacounted for nukes in russia...some of the largest nukes ever created, the tzars....but icnreasingly unstable countries like north korea, iran, and in general, asia and countries in ME are getting a hold of nukes.

The term 'nuclear war' doesn't only apply to big countries with missiles. It applies to any country, factions or entities engaged in nuclear retaliation games of strategy. This means simply one entity, one person even---someone holding a city hostage to prevent retaliation from an entity such as the US, for example.

With North Korea having a nuke, Iran on the way to get one, information about how to make a nuke all over the place (especially the internet), and 20 unacounted for nukes in the former soviet union, it seems plausible to wonder if nuclear ransom is possible--what would happen if terrorists got hold of not 1, but 20 or 4 of small nukes, etc, and then blew up one in the US in the name of Allah, and then held other cities ransom as a deterrent so the US would not retaliate with nukes at an ‘instigator country’? Islam taking over?

This to me, is the real scenario of the nuclear war.

Not the soviet vs US and firing missiles and lasers.

Its a terrorist getting a nuke and exploding it far away from inspections in the harbour of New york (making the inspections useless)—and holding others hostage---the US cannot inspect all over Earth.

Bush, Cheney and their inner circle created the greatest tsunami of lies in American history to manipulate the American people into supporting the war and occupation.

But Bush and Cheney did much more than exaggerate, distort and even lie.

They knowingly and deliberately manufactured false intelligence which they called -- still call to this day -- “faulty intelligence” – and to this day they insist the “faulty” intelligence, that Hussein was a terror threat to America behind 9/11, involved with Al Qaeda, had WMD and nuclear capability et al – all of which they made up themselves, and all of which they whole world now knows was never true, was given to them by the CIA, FBI, etc. – as the only way they could deceive the American people that they were invading Iraq to fight the war on terror and hide their real motive to make Iraq an American oil colony.
