This is the headline in today's paper. It refers to flogging a rapist who was convicted of attacking an 83 year old woman. It is on top of his sentence of 16 years. The judge says people who have been flogged, never re-offend. Human rights groups are outraged. I think it is a good idea and wish it was here. What do you think?

Would a possible solution to the problems in Iraq be to involve all the Arab Nations along with the warring factions in talks,carried out on Neutral ground in order to thrash out all the problems and,in the meantime all the groups involved in the current fighting should call a Cease-Fire in order for the country to stabalise.
This would allow Coalition Forces to plan a realistic method of withdrawl.
