I am trying to break into the party planning business. I have so many friends and have planned and organized their parties. When dealing with a group in NY it can be hard if no one plans in advance. Also I love to create themed parties such as adult toy themes, fire & ice, greek themes, karaoke parties, etc. I am a great cook, designer, and I am a very fun person. I love to get the party started!!!! I think everyone should get a party planner but I am not sure what I can offer that others can't. And how to I find customers?

My parents own a small warehouse behind their home which has being rented to a "friend". The roof is going to be fixed so my parents asked him to move out but now he is taking all the upgrades he did to the place, even walls he put up to make a room. Their is no contract everything was verbal. My father paid for the materials but the guy did the upgrades himself.

If he is not supposed to take the stuff what can we do or where do we call here in houston TX

I am a charter member of Equally Yoked when it first came to Kansas City and who paid for lifetime membership. After changing owners, I can no longer participate without paying AGAIN. If there are enough of us to complain, perhaps we can get satisfaction - either by allowing us to participate or with a refund.
