Does anyone have any recommendationson a good day spa in Houston? A place that offers swedish massage and that isn't going to break the bank.

The best ones are at the Houstonian, Houston Racquet Club and Fiorie's (I think that is how you spell it) near Voss and San Felipe (actually on San Felipe. I suggest Fiorie's but you will pay more. It is really luxurious but not many men there so I felt conspicuous.
There is a nail salon on Fondren, just north of Westheimer that gives leg and arm massages and you get a vibrating chair while they work on your nails. It is cheap and always good.
I have been to a lot of other ones and the only one that is really fairly good for a cheaper price is a Thai place. There are not many and I believe this is on Richmond, east of Gesner. The rest seem to be kinda cheap or sleazy.
Pay extra and go to Fiorie's.
There is another on Memorial near Gesner that I heard was good (south side of the street) but I cannot speak from experience.
Another near the entrance of Westside Racquet Club that may be less as well.
