I don't know about Waldheim Cemetary specifically, but I know that it depends on when you purchase the plot. If you purchase "before need" it is a lot cheaper than if you purchase "at need".

Haven't a clue. I just bought one in one of Catholic Cemeteries - $3450 total. $50/month for 68 months. It's worth it, though, cuz if you die and you don't have one, it costs like 3 times as much.

No. But they are probably expensive: I hear people are just dying to be buried there.
