we live in the state of florida (Broward county). we are planning on moving out of state and right now, the home we are renting, we are paying on a month to month basis.
our landlord just stuck a letter in our door while we were out and it stated that they want us out by the 26th of this month since they would like to lease the property to their relative.

Is this legal?? a two week eviction......i would think we would get at least 30 days.

Ive came along ways to get where i was at to where i got a promotion,and i was so happy!. I really loved, and faith in the company that i worked for until an inncident happend to where,i was falsely accused and discharged. I asked them why? was i getting discharged? and all they could tell me,(I did'nt pass the orientation). I'm very hurt by all this.

I needed to use the restroom in the Dollar Tree in Lodi, NJ. I have used it many times before, leaving my purse and jacket with the person accompanying me to the store.Today, I was abruptly stopped and I DO mean abruptly,and harshly by the African American manager I never saw before.Not only was she nasty and rude, but she actually yelled at me in front of a store full of customers for trying to use the restroom.I had $37 worth of items that I had to wait on line to check out, then walk down the block to the Chinese Restaurant where they very nicely allowed me to use the restroom.Had the tables been turned..she would have been all over me like white on rice using the race card,well now *I'm* using the race card and saying if I were a white manager talking like that to her, she would have Al Sharpton at the store yelling "racism". This is a very nasty woman who has no regard for customers feelings. Tomorrow I will speak to her supervisor, she will NOT get away with this.

I'm totally into murder mystery parties and have been hosting them since high school. I also recently graduated from law school but have reservations about being a lawyer. I took my car to the dealership (Russell and Smith Honda) to have warranty work done, I dropped it off without giving anything but preliminary details (it was at the end of their day). The next day I got a call that my car had been wrecked (before even talking to me). The wreck was because of too much speed, and the technician was driving with the top down.

Furthermore, none of my issues needed test driving.

Dealership has basically said "talk to our insurance company."

I doubt that will do anything but fix the car, but now I have a car that has been wrecked.

What do I do next?

How often does Felpausch get shipments of developed photos.
I sent in some photo's via the internet on Tuesday, and it said 2 day delivery. It's now Friday...and no photos... Do they only ship on specific days? Will I have them before Sunday? I have a deadline to meet.

Do I have to pay for them since they're late?
Do I have to pay for photos that didn't print well?
