Look at your employee manual and see what your rights are about termination. In Texas, an employee can easily be dismissed for dang near any reason. Your state probably has an Employment Commission or something similar that will help you get to the root of the dismissal. Now, the false accusation can be dealt with legally, but you need to have proof. Talk to a lawyer if you have to...however, I suggest the following:

Ask for a meeting with the boss's boss. Tell him about the false accusations and be prepared with the proof I mentioned. State your dismay at this, and talk of your loyalty and contentment with the company. If the accusations were spoken or written and then proven to be wrong, you could mention a lawsuit, such as for slander or libel. Most companies don't like this...but again...you need proof.

I'm not sure what your question is...
You were accused of what? What kind of incident?
You say you worked there for three years, but you were fired because you didn't pass the orientation.
Orientations are given at time of hiring, not three years later. Is there an upper management person you could talk to? I'm sorry, but I really don't understand your question.

Falsely accused of what? There are usually arbitration boards, labor boards to file with, or if the income is quite a lot, might want to contact a labor attorney. In todays business climate, this happens more then you know....They may just want to replace you with a cheaper worker.

cali is an at will state, they dont have to give you a reason to fire you....or even have one really. If you think it was actually discrimination talk to the EEOC or Civil rights division
