The only one I've ever seen in Houston and actually gone inside of is the Magick Cauldron on Montrose Blvd. They don't get a tremendous number of people stopping in. I've posted a link to their web site below so you can browse their site and then decide if you want to make the trip.

Out of curiosity I did a general search using WICCAN HOUSTON and the first two on the list was Texas Pagan And Wiccan Resources and Morticia's Morgue. They both have lists of what I think you are looking for.

there is a majic store in webster texas. close to the intersection of nasa and highway three. i haven't been there yet, but it appears to be nice.
