I was convicted of a felony about six months ago. I have definately scared myself straight on ever putting myself in the situation to get in serious trouble again. The problem I have now is that I really wanted to join the Army or become a firefighter and I am pretty sure that I screwed these two options up. If anyone knows of any back doors or has any suggestions please let me know. Also let me know if you have any ideas about other simular careers or decent jobs that I might be able to get with a not so perfect record.

I'm looking for fairs, expos, events, or wiccan festivals to give out samples of the all natural health, beauty, meditation, and aromatherapy products i make. Or if anyone knows of flea markets where the people may be interested. I live in Milwaukee, but I'm looking for anything within a few hours drive away. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have signed up to create several sites to market my business and attract people to want to find out more - now I need to get those sites out on the internet to start getting "hits", and I am not sure where to start. I can't afford thousands of dollars to drive traffic to the site. Hi, I am well educated and have a geat job in India. I now want to move to the US as I have always desired. My area of specialisation is non IT, its Finance. i have evidence that my boss has given me and another employee the same paycheck with EXACTLY same amount of hours and tips since we are in the restaurant industry I think that this seems to be peculiar and this information has led me to believe that this is not the first time that this has happened. so I am asking for help about how i can get hold of his records so that an audit can be performed and if i can get money back if there is evidence accordingly.

im a flooring installer. the other day i met with a guy to do an estimate for a job and i gave him a verbal rough estimate for the job and ive told him that i can meet him the next day to get the sample of material to have an exact estimate for the job. i came back the next day with the samples and i wrote a proposal for me doin the job with labor and materials and not get paid until 2-3 weeks after the job is finished. we both signed the proposal. he told me prior that theres a catch to the job that i have to pay for the materials for the job out of my pocket and im very unsure about getting reimburse for the job cause i dont know this guy and i dont trust him but we both signed the proposal and set the time for me to do the job. the next day i called him and told him that im not comfortable about paying for the materials because i dont trust him yet and he tried to convince me over the phone to do the job. now hes suing for breach of contract. does he have grounds for lawsuit?
