H1B visa, to work in the US?

Hi, I am well educated and have a geat job in India. I now want to move to the US as I have always desired. My area of specialisation is non IT, its Finance. I need some help and advice in getting the H1B visa from all those who have been succesfull in getting a visa to work in the US. It would be great if I get some information of companies that sponsor such visas. Any help is appreciated.

Hey, Iam not on H1B.. but what you really need to do is find a company that is willing to Sponser you. see some links below that mite help you.. be carefull there are a lot of scammers out there in the recruiting field.

I got here to the U. S. on an H1B visa. I married husband in 2007.
