Local Authority demanded full drawings (all floor layouts and full elevations) otherwise they would not consider an Outline Application for development of a site which presently has a working mans club on it. The club is right in the middle of a residential area.

well I just graduated from university this summer.
unfortunately I graduated with the lowest grade possible (a third class degree)

I'm not dumb, but I'm just lazy and I never attended any of the lectures. My total attendance over the past 4 years has been 17%.

I never realised the importance of education untill a couple of weeks ago when it was too late.

Whenever people hear the grade I got they think that I am dumb. I don't want to go through the rest of my life with people believing that I am dumb.

So I wanted to know if I should start again and take another degree. The problem with that is that by time i finish a new degree i'll be almost 26. I'll feel uncomfortable going to university with all these young 18 byear olds. I also have ammassed debts through student loans (around 20 grand), so I can't keep taking out more student loans.

what should I do? Should I go back for 3 more years of a student life and no money. Or should I just get used to a life of low paid employment, and people thinking I'm stupid.

I said yes but I am now thinking is it too soon even though I can honestly see myself with him in many many years to come. He is in the Army aswell based in Germany and I don't know if that has played a part in influencing my decision... Help!

I'm thinking of selling some of my old stuff on there, but would like opinions please. Have you sold anything using e bay? Do you find the site any good for selling? Were you paid fairly and promptly?

I await your responses. Thankyou in anticipation.

I have had to move to Switzerland for work. I want to rent my flat out in Twickenham unfurnished, but it's looking a little bit tired. The kitchen is about 20 years old, and the shower is a little temperamental because they have lowered the water pressure in the area due to the water shortage. Also there is carpet in the bathroom which could be a no no? I know nothing about building, and will only have 2 weeks in England to sort it all out and put it in the agents hands. Does anybody know someone who can help out for a reasonable cost?

I can only afford my rent in Switzerland if I rent my London flat out very soon!!!!

I have been bequeathed a framed photograph of my grandmother as a child taken in 1920. It is in it's original frame with brown paper holding the photo in at the back of the frame. There are many family members who would like a copy made, but I am unsure where to take the photo to ensure that neither the photo or the frame are damaged. I live near King's Lynn in Norfolk, but am willing to travel (within reason) to find the right person for the job.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be very grateful.

I created this website, it costs a pound a month and you get a huge list with private contact details for landlords, so no more agency fees.

agents charge up to 10% of the yearly rent as commision, which landlords add on to the rent!

plus agents charge contract and reference fees which can top £300

the website is www.livesimply.co.uk if you are interested.

Estate agents are seriously scared and keep trying to hack our website and have even sent fake policeman round, its crazy!
