I expect there are hundreds of millionaires reading this just waiting to give you advice!!
Your in luck, I'm a multi millionair, I didnt have a lot to do today so thought I would help you out here! I get really bored sitting around the pool all day or jet settting around the world, so this seemed like a good idea, replying to questions on 'answers'!
But having given the subject a bit more thought, I've changed my mind. (I'm bored again), so solve your own problems!!

The easiest way to make money is to have lots of money.
Otherwise, luck and/or hard work.
Most people will make a million in the UK:
Assuming average pay now of £19000 (guess)
And yearly inflation of 5%
Then it would take 27 years.
Therefore if you start working at 21 you will likely make a million by the time you are 60.

you gotta look at the reasons of why you want a million, do you need it, cosmic ordering is the new craze, property's, find a service that you can provide and you are passionate about and that will make a worthwhile difference to other peoples lives and you'll get all the penny's you'll everneed, it's up to you how to save or invest them,
