Local Authority demanded full drawings (all floor layouts and full elevations) otherwise they would not consider an Outline Application for development of a site which presently has a working mans club on it. The club is right in the middle of a residential area.

I would try Westminster reference library for info leading to the answer to this. I think they're near the National Gallery at the N of Trafalgar Sq.

Another possible unbiased source would be Deaprtment of Land Economy at Cambridge University. They will probably know where you can find out.

DEFRA may have a publication on this.

You could also try asking your MP.

what u need 2 do is turn up at planning office with a brown envelope full of dosh and drop it at the feet of a young officers feet. when he bends over forget your temptation to give him 1 and say i think this package belongs to u.

alternatively go for officers approval and take it 2 appeal.
