My last shop for depo was due at the end of october but I decided to come off of it cause it wasn't the best one for me now I started bleeding around the end of november then it would last for about a week then stop for like 2days then come back I was wondering how long can it take before my periods are back to normal?

ive just had my depo provera injection yesterday and i am protected against pregnany for 3 months, thing is i still have doubts, even tho it is 99.9% effective. is there no chance of gettin pregnant of depo?

I have been getting a lot of muscle cramps lately, in different parts of my body, and have no idea why. I get them in my feet a couple times a day, I wake up with those awful calf cramps that kids get, I get them in my hands, my arms, seriously all over the place. I eat plenty of bananas, so it's not low potassium. One thing that may provide a clue is that I had a hysterectomy/oopherectomy about ten years ago. I have been on the same dose of estrogen the entire time which I found out recently is way too low. I don't take progesterone. I'm 36 y.o. Also, I have a few other health problems. Fibromyalgia and a gastrointestinal problem that causes severe nausea and vomiting daily. Eating is a huge problem, so (per my doctor) I started smoking pot for appetite and nausea. When I have pot to smoke I can eat just fine and have no nausea, marijuana is a miracle drug, excuse the digression. I know it's a lot of info, but does anyone have any idea why I am having such bad cramps?

i put no plant as a contraceptive some three years ago.
I weigh 168 pounds and i,ve been eating healthy and excersising for 7 months but lost only 13.2 pounds......quite slow!could this slow trend have anything to do with my contraceptive of choice?

I've noticed in stores, more organic products. Well, I caught a glimps of a box that said organic tampons. What makes them organic and do they work better than regular tampax?

Are they bio-degradable and earth friendly?
If you use them, does it make you more green?

I'm all about being green and am even a vegitarian, do you recommend ways to become more green and natural?

i cant tell if its swollen, or just huge but one of my boobs is really bigger then the other one and it really hurts. my mom said boobs dont stop growing till 21, but i dont want uneven boobs! is there anything i can do to stop that while there still developing? (its the left one)

is spit and sputter (if you know what i mean) my tummy feels like its gonna burst..very uncomfortable i've tried soda water...don't seem to help. any suggestions out there? buy the way im on vicodin 2-3 a day for a bad ankle but it never was like this before been on vikes for 3 yrs never blown up like this. any ideas? girls are now soaking tampons in vodka and inserting them into their vagina and getting drunk. no one can smell the vodka and they seem to get drunk quicker, because it enters their blood stream faster. i cant understand why in the world kids would go to this extreme to drink. how would you feel if your kid did this?

k so im not fat, i swear. when i went through puberty i got stretch marks on my boobs and hips. it looks so ugly and they are deffinately visible in even a sort of short skirt or anything that shows my stomach, back, or hips :(

theyre so ugly! ive been rubbing coacoabutter lotion and vitamin e all over for like two days in a row but will this really help? what can i do? it would be so gross to wear the cheer uniform with stretch marks! ew

back in august i went to the doctor and she told me i should really get the gardisil shot,that its important i get it and all, and kinda rushed me into it without really explaining it, so i got the first shot that day and right after i got it i felt like i was gonna pass out i don't know if it was from that or because i was nervous but anyway when i went home i looked the gardisil shot up on the internet and read up about it and decided that its not something i want simply because its new and nobody knows the long term affects off it, i'm just not confortable having that in my body, so i was suppose to go back in october and get my second shot but i didn't and i just wanted to know if its okay that i didn't get the other shots, i know i'm not fully protected, but is my health in danger or anything because i didn't get all the shots? is it bad if u just stop in the middle of it like that?

Before my period I always seem to get alot of urges to go to the toilet to relieve my bowels, and I seem to get cramps and a sensation to push, its not like diareah but its not exactly nice! This can happen anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 days before my period but its very uncomfortable. Does anyone get this too? And does anyone know how to get this to stop!
