I have been haveing craps! is it a sign of a period? Because they hurt so bad!!!! I feel like i am gonna die and i cant move!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING!

A lot of woman also cramp during ovulation. On top of the midol and cranberry juice, I find Chocolate (and lots of it) and hot baths tend to help the cramps. If they do not go away and period does not come, go see you doc, could be something more serious

yes, it may be tht your menstrual cycle is coming up soon. try taking some midol and drink cranberry juice and water.
