Ok i got my depo for the first time yesterday and they said its effective after 24 hours..so what if me and my boyfriend had sex and he CAME inside of me..what are my chances of gettin pregnant??

When is the last time you had your period? It depends on when you're ovulating. You usually ovulate about 14 days after the first day of your period. So about 3 days before that ovulation date and two days after you might get pregnant.
By the way, I HIGHLY suggest you get off the Depo shot and switch to the pill or another method.
I was on Depo for almost two years and it made me gain almost 40lbs... Several of my friends were on it and they gained excessive amounts of weight as well. It also makes you lazy and depressed. There are SO many horrible side effects besides the weight gain too. Some people even have diminished fertility after being on it, some lose bone mass, some lose their hair, etc etc etc. The list goes on. That shot should really be illegal. Please, get off of it!

There is ALWAYS a chance of pregnancy, even on depo.
NOTHING is 100%.
