Women's Health - December 2007

So...it's kinda a weird question to ask...but i was wondering if a sort of darker hair on my abdomen and chest and really small boobs was abnormal for a girl over 16. Do I have some sort of hormone problem? Can I fix it? I'm sorry that it's so weird to ask but I'm concerned that I'm not normal. I feel like I should be a man or something. Everything else seems normal...I don't think I'm like a man mentally (although my humor is somewhat similar). Please respond if you have a serious answer and are a doctor. I'm really kind of embarassed about it.

I piece of my tampon is stuck in me i think, i guess i didn't have my period anymore and the tampon was dry so when i went to take it out it like ripped, I'm not sure if its still in me or not : S Do you think it will just come out on its own

Should I continue to take the antibiotics until I can get ahold of some monistat (after the holidays) or should I stop taking them until the yeast infection is gone?

My nipples have been very tender and they hurt if you squeeze them, I've been eating alot more than usual, and I've been having the wrost stomach pains. I don't think it's my period because I already had it so it's not due

i don't know when to take my birth control. so i'm on it for the prevention of ovarian cysts, and i took my first month of it then immediately started the next pack of pills, did one week of them then my mom said i should've waited utnil i had another period before i started the second pack, i had a period though on about the third week of the pills, and now i stopped taking them since yesterday. should i continuly be on a pill or should i have a break and be on no pills when i'm on my period? please help!

im taking estrostep. I recently started taking it again to avoid pregnancy. It says on the package to take it during your cycle but i waited till around 2 days after and all the while having sex. i was on my 5th pill of my first week and had sex and was ejaculated in 3 times. are my chances of getting pregnant VERY high? whats the deal with the pills how long do they take to start working effectively?

Because you are already ovulating and can the change in weather do it too or anything? Im a bit late on my period but Im negative on two pregnancy tests, Ive been stressing a lot though so that could be it too, I just started my period about 4 months ago (I was off it for 2 and a half years due to my eating disorder untli I finally gained some extra weight back) if not any of that, what else could delay your period?

Is it a bad idea to purposely skip a period here and there? As in, continuing to take birth control pills through the week you should be menstruating? I've only done it once (about 8 years ago) so it's not a common thing.

had missed miscarriage and had to go through suction d&c (on 20th nov)..now after 4 weeks since d&c i got my periods,ie on 22nd dec...i was happy to get my periods on its own becoz i hav irregular cycles and i hav to take provera in order to get period and clomid for ovulation...so now i got my periods on its own but it lasted for only 2 days..i bleeded heavy on 1st and 2nd days ie till yesterday but today i stopped bleeding..is this normal to bleed heavy only for 2 days after d&c,and also should i take clomid again as i use to take it before d&c?has anyone or their friends experience ths same situation..plz help..as i cant talk to my doc. as its holidays and she is unavailable...

Everyone says it hurts the first few times so why on earth try it in the first place? I don't get people sometimes. It's like they want to be in pain or something... And it's all probably not worth it anyway.

I got the injection about a month and a bit ago. When i first got it i was due on, but i came on a week late (i guessed it was due to the injection). And now, it's a month later and i am due to come on, but because of the injection i hoped i wouldnt.
But last night my boyfriend was fingering me, and i blead all over his fingers (embarrasing, i know). But since then i havent blead..
Was that just my period, or did he do something to hurt me?

I'm not a virgin either, so it wasnt my hymen braking.
