Absolutely not. I believe that after 5 years, if you haven't had a recurrence, you're pretty much ok. But talk to your oncologist for more details on that, if you're the one that has had breast cancer. Take care.

No. But since breast cancer tends to run in families it is a good thing for all to be routinely checked. Men, too, because they can also get breast cancer.

No, not always. After 5 years of remission, it is not likely that the cancer is going to come back.

Not quite. If you beat it and get healed, it might all go away. If you treat it with cut burn and poisen, it most likely will return.
