safe would be with a condom. to make it long, think about something non-sexual, just don't go so long that she gets bored!

Long Sex > ??? I think you shall be looking for Satisfaction and orgasm not timed Sex .
Good amount of fore play for both of you and ensuring the lady gets her high earlier than man is normally better . As a lady even after having an orgasm continues to enjoy and man goes phut after ejac.

Welllllll. Using a condom would be the obvious answer to safe sex, but its tried and tested (in my bedroom at least) that it's longer without a condom. This is mine and my boyfriends theory: The condoms are quite tight, so...this when blood enters the penis (as in an erection) the condom forces the blood to stay there and the pressure causes premature ejaculation (coming) and the the penis shrinks and you have to stop having sex or the condom slips.
Sooooo.... Without a condom this extra pressure isnt there, so the man can hold a longer erection before coming.
Then however, sex is no longer safe.
So, i would recommend, for the longest, safest sex, both partners get a test to make sure you have no infections, the woman use an oral contraceptive or implant, and ditch condoms so you can enjoy longer sex! woohoo. we did this and its ace. With a condom: 2-3 mins, without: 21mins. improvement?

If you want to enjoy the sex longer, do not go for condom. It will not be safe. It may tear off. Let she on oral pills. To enjoy longer, you can apply local anaesthesia cream on the tip of your penis and enjoy.

for safe use condom or pills and for long sex ? No definitition has been fixed yet. It may last to below a minute to two mnutes, but do not expect in hours.

For safe sex use good quality condom, to prolong sex only up to woman get satisfied, otherwise she will feel it overburden.

Lots of lube for long petting/rubbing sessions.
A number of posts here report about girls having swelling and pain for a few days after. Always use lube and re-apply frequently (if you want back in).
