ok ... i get all the how to use tampons thing.. now i have one questions. you know how with ur period u get clots, well if u wearing a tampon then does it just stay up there i mean, can someone explain that to me!?!?

When i was 3 months old i had to have a surgery on my stomach. The scar is now 6 inches in length and i hate it. I want to get rid of it for good. is there a scar removal surgery i can undergo? how much would you think it costs? thanks for the help!! :)

I had sex about 2-3 wks ago and we used a condom and it didn't break and I am also on the pill however, I should have started my period today cuz i do on wed morning everytime. But i haven't. Should I worry and do you think im pregnant.

Okay, I am 16 whereas my friend is a few years older (just 19). And we're good friends, I mean we see each other about once a month and all. But I want it to be a bit more, even though it will never happen. And yeah... But all we do is talk, and I know he is not interested, and I do not want to ruin our friendship with some crazy teenage act... so. My mind is part telling me to just get after him, but the other part is not allowing me to do so. Like every teenager, my mind is set on him, only him. I love it when I see him IM me, I love it when people kid about me dating him, even though I act indefferent. I just cannot make up my mind about this boy.
I know it will all end, but I want someone else's advice on this, just anything really. I am not desperate. But I do want help with this. Just give me ideas, advice...

I want to hear your opinion about this new vaccine. Even if you are for or against it, I want to hear it!

If you're not sure what Gardasil is, it's a new vaccine for girls/women between ages 9 and 26. This vaccine helps prevent against ONLY four types of HPV. Two that cause cervical cancer and two that cause genital warts. Only thing is, is that there are a number of different kinds of HPV... There are both pros and cons to this vaccine.

Let me hear your opinions!

I have my period and obviously I have the whole 9 yards with it including BLOATING! It would not be a problem and I would just slip on sweats and go off to school if tomorrow was a normal day but tomorrow is not a normal day and I have a business breakfast to go to. I have to dress professionally and I have my clothes all picked out everything is matched, ironed, dry cleaned. The pants obviously I would have to spend about 10 minutes laying on the bed getting them zipped if I'm still bloated like this tomorrow. How can I make the bloating go down?

First of all I am a very skinny girl, but for the passed couple of months I've been noticing my stomach growing a lot!... The rest of my body remains the same though. It worries me because i even look pregnant! and yea I thought it might be that but I tested a couple of times and the results come negative. Also I've been getting my periods so It can't possibly be that. And speaking about my period, that's also weird. I don't know if it has to do with why i look so bloated. but I've been getting weird periods. since January I haven't stopped bleeding. Well I bleed between periods. Like I get my regular period which is not so heavy, then when its over I don't bleed for one day and I bleed again the next! but really light, enough to stain though...... . Also, when I am not on it I get really bad cramps... i am really worried. I know that I will get many answers like "go to the doctor" which i will do but i want to know if there's any other girls who have had this problem......

I had my first period since my baby was born after he started solids in early jan. I had my first period in late jan, it was very light and short and I have not had one since. About 3 weeks ago, my son went on a nursing strike and I had to give him formula from a bottle for a few days, but eventually got him back to breast feeding 2 times a day now and have been doing so since. Today I have very light brown bleeding, a sore tummy and feel sick. Do periods return to a normal cycle after child birth? ARe they heavier or lighter than usual? I was on a very regular cycle before I had my baby. Or could it be implantation bleeding???

I'm on the pill (Microgynon 30) which I take every morning, last week I forgot to take a pill only by about 10 hours but now I'm bleeding. It's not heavy just like the end of a period, it looks like brown twangy bits of blood. Sorry for being so graphic! Can I bleed like this even though I'm half way through my pack of pills or could it be something else?

My nipples have been hurting for a week and I dont know why. I am 22 years old, Im expecting to get my period two weeks from now and i am not on birth control. I have heard that when you get pregnant your breasts get sore but its not my whole breasts its just the nipple that is sore......any suggestions?

My sexual appetite started to get really strong when I was about 28. Now I'm 33 single and I still think about sex all the time. My question is does it die down after a while? How long does this last? Am I gonna be back to normal someday? Women out there who experienced this, please answer me.

I have had this ungodly pain in my pelvic bone, and my thigh bones hurt too sometimes. It's enough to wake me up when I'm sleeping. It usually happens if I'm sleeping, but occasionally I'll just be sitting or standing around and it hppens then too. It's like a dull ache, but it's enough to make me want to cry because there's nothing I can do about it. I asked some co-workers what they thought, and honestly I don't remember what they said. They said it may be something that starts ith an H? I don't exactly remember. I have a gyno but she's employed by the state so I don't think she knows much. I actually asked her and she said she had never heard of anything like it.

If someone can maybe tell me what I should do? Or if/when I go to the doctor how much do you think it would be to fix what's wrong with me? I'm 20 years old, by the way. I'm not pregnant.

11 Yrs ago I had my tubes tied. I went to the free clinic for my preg. My dr. told me he couldn't burn or cut my tubes because Medicaid did not cover that in my state. All he could do was tie them. Afterwards he said he "put on a clamp with superglue". What the....... whats that mean? Is it just normal clamps and can they come undone? I saw a women in the same clinic about a yr after mine was done and she said hers came off after 11 yrs. Same procedure I take it since she was in the same clicnic. Someone plz help......

Hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety/fear, heart palpitations, nervousness, insomnia, digestive problems, heavy periods with clotting, hair loss, getting 1 giant pimple the size of a dime each month, dry skin, and generally feeling frustrated and hopeless? heya everyone,

recently (about 3 weeks ago) one day i woke up and put my trousers on and they seemed a little snug when usually i have to wear a belt on it! so i concluded that i was bloated. At the time i was on my period so i thought that the bloatedness was due to that. However 3 weeks on my stomach's still bloated, is this normal or should the bloatedness hav gone by now??? please help as this is the first time ever that i have experienced bloatedness.

p.s. for those who i suggest i am fat or pregnant get a life! i cant go from a size 6/8 to a size 10 overnight and definately not pregnant either

Umm this is kind of embarassing but it happens to all of us girls. But I started my period like 2 years ago and for some reason it just wont start a basis. Like for 2 months it will be at the same time and then it will change again. Its starting to annoy me cause I dont know when to expect it. Is there anything I can do?
