ok ... i get all the how to use tampons thing.. now i have one questions. you know how with ur period u get clots, well if u wearing a tampon then does it just stay up there i mean, can someone explain that to me!?!?

They attach onto the tampon and absorb into it. Also rotate you tampons, a pad, then tampon, a pad, then tampon, and don't wear tampons at night. All of this helps reduce the risk of cramps, and will reduce your risk of tss, and also let your other clots flow free!

The clumps attatch and are absorbed into the tampon, so it doesn't stay inside of your body they get removed.

no , clots will find ways of exiting. if nothign else your recommened to wear a pad when you sleep so clots and just flow out then.
