on the depo contraceptive injection for 2 months. now in the 9th week i have started a period after having none since starting the injections. i have not been late with any of the injections.

I am a 57 year old lady suffering from Recto vaginal Fistula.I gave bith to a baby when I was 21 year old and had to have few stiches which did not heal properly.All these years I had no problem but since last couple of years I am having some problem which are I am afraid may be for R.V.F.What should I do.Is there any other way other than operation? If not then how major or minor it will be?
Will it be very painful? Will it need total anasthesia or local?
Please advice.

And, why can't you sleep? I'm so, feeling like i'm losing it sometimes! I hope my husband doesn't leave, cuz' he is getting tired of me not being able to sleep.......but then i say don't you thing i would LOVE to sleep? I don't like doing tylenol pm or benadryl because i still don't sleep and then when i do, i feel wiped out the next day! What am I supposed to do?

Hey everyone, I have a problem. About 3 years ago I began my first birth control which was the ortho evra (patch). That worked out perfectly for 2 1/2 years. By perfectly I mean that I used it correctly, there were no side effects, and of course I did not end up pregnant. Until I began to spot a week before my period began. Now I told my doctor about this and she said that it was normal. But I felt so unncomfortable having to bleed when I wasnt supposed to, so I stopped the patch for about 3 months and everthing wass great, except that there was unprotected sex. Anyway, so I went to the doctor again and I began the YASMIN birth control pills and the first two months were fine but then every month a week 1/2 before my period begins I begin to spot and sometimes even bleed. I hate this as I am almost on my period for 2 1/2 weeks, which makes it impossible to get some (my boyfriend and I hate doing it this way).. Anyway what should I do now? Do you really think that it is my body reacting

and when i was there i was taking one medication. i had really bad car accident and that's why i was taking that. i had the medication in my posetions at the jail and ever day, three times a day i requested that medication. long story short, they refused the medication to me,you think that i can sue the jail?

I stopped taking my birth control in June after I broke up with my exboyfriend. Unexpectedly, I fell in love and have had problems ever since (don't mean that as a joke, lol). I had unprotected sex in July, during the end of my last "normal" period. I started my birth control the next Sunday, as directed and have had two unusual periods since. The first one came 12 days early and VERY painful. This one now came about 10 days early with heavy cramping and very light bleeding at first, but now on days 8 and 9 of my period, the blood is literally dripping out. I had blood work done but no results yet, and an ultrasound planned but not for another week. Can somebody please help me?

When I was having sex a few days ago with my boyfriend, my hands, arms, legs, and face went numb and started tingling. My hands and part of my mouth became paralyzed, and I felt as though I was going to pass out. I was not near an orgasm. My speach sounded like I was drinking alcohol and I was very confused. It lasted about a half hour. I am very comfortable with my boyfriend, and he did not cause me to be nervous or scared in any way. I am not on any medication, am 21 years old, and very healthy. What could have caused this?
