Yes, accidents do happen... Even if you are on the pill and use a condom if the condom slips or there is a slight rip/tear/hole in the condom there is a chance

Yes it is possible that you got pregnant even while using the pill exactly as you should. The pill as well as any other birth control method is not 100%. The chance that you are pregnant having used the pill correctly is very very slim but it is a possibility. Here is a good article about the pill on the planned parenthood website:

Yes speaking from personal experience. I was on the pill for two years and took it every day at the same time of day and ended up pregnant. Get a pregnancy test if you think you are pregnant.

There are no 100% effective contraceptives. The pill prevents pregnancy 99% of the time. However, if you use the pill and another method (spermicide,condom or etc.) in together, you will prevent pregnancy at nearly a 100% rate.

Unfortunately yes, it is possible. Sorry to say, no contraception is 100% guaranteed. The best form is to say "no!". I think the pill is about 98% reliable and condoms 96%. Or something like that....

Yes birth control is not 100% effective. So it is possible for a women to get pregnant while using birth control.
