Yes it is possible that you got pregnant even while using the pill exactly as you should. The pill as well as any other birth control method is not 100%. Yes speaking from personal experience. I was on the pill for two years and took it every day at the same time of day and ended up pregnant. Get a pregnancy test if you think you are pregnant.

There are no 100% effective contraceptives. The pill prevents pregnancy 99% of the time. However, if you use the pill and another method (spermicide,condom or etc.) in together, you will prevent pregnancy at nearly a 100% rate.

Unfortunately yes, it is possible. Sorry to say, no contraception is 100% guaranteed. The best form is to say "no!". I think the pill is about 98% reliable and condoms 96%. Or something like that....
