I think that "underdeveloped breasts" is a harsh term. You have small breasts. There is nothing wrong with small breasts. It's simply how you were made. The function of a breast is to feed a baby, and a small breast will do that just as well as a big one. It's the pressure of this society that says that big breasts are the best.

There is nothing that will make your breasts grow, short of intensive hormone therapy, and that carries more risk than actual breast implants. Perhaps if you focused on self-acceptance instead of self-alteration, you would see that your breasts aren't underdeveloped, they're just small.

Of course, if you have serious concerns, like having no breasts at all, a trip to the doctor is warranted.

If they are just small, they aren't underdeveloped. They are fully developed, just small. Breasts weren't designed by our Creator for decoration, they are to feed infant humans. Unless there's an actual medical problem, leave them alone, enjoy them as a part of you, and if you're self conscious, wear either a padded bra, or those gel things in the cups. It's not nice to fool with mother nature.

So long as you have some 'fatty protuberances' don't worry. My wife was small breasted as were many of my girlfriends - I checked!
Large breasts, natural or siliconised, can be a nuisance - says my wife - as the weight on the shoulder straps makes them dig in. Also they tend to 'flop about' when moving rather than bounce.
They will get bigger as you get older and boy do they blow up when you get pregnant! I looked at my wife!

Underdeveloped compared to TV breasts?

Your breasts are probably the size they should be. Look at Goldie Hawn, she was a TV hottie with NO breasts whatsoever.

I never looked at small breasts as a problem, but then I fell in love with Ciara and thought, "Damn, her chest is small." But I know she will never get implants becasue she's too classy. So, when you find out how to increase chest size without surgery, let me know so I can tell her.

i dont think there is such a thing as under developed breasts. because breasts are just sacks of fat. dont get implants because u think u are underdeveloped. be happy with what u have.

Yup. You can get a reduction; reduction with lift; lift; all of the above with implants. My surgery was five hours but I was very large. It's not actually invasive, bloody but not invasive, as it is only a procedure involving skin.

you dont say how old you are, are you thin? young? well you dont stop growing till you are at least 21 then pregnancy can change breast size a lot. nothing will correct it, if your mother and so on were small breasted you will be too.

I think maybe you lacked enough estrogen in your system growning up! But theres a few things you could do to fix the problem.....
Try hormone pills....or get pregnant (that always seems to work)...or you can hired a couple of midgets to latch on for a few months to get your deta's to produce milk!
