with a man--- the best one ive ever had with a man is when im on top--- ok-- when u feel ur getting close-- slow back down-- almost stop-- that way ur body is going insane from being so close-- then when u get going fast again grind as hard as u can an hold ur breath a bit--- an then well let it all happen--- but dont stop riding fast--- keeep going-- lol as fast n hard as u can--
By myself--- well again get ur self to that point an stop for a min-- then go back at it-- an hold ur breath an hold it in--- dont let ur self release-- an if ur using a vibrator-- well keep it on there-- even if its starting to tickle-- just keep at it-- even try sitting up an grinding urself against the vibrator--- good luck n enjoy
