So, if that is the case, why did God demand that all of the Hebrews be circumcised? If he made them to have foreskin like that anyway, why would he demand that they cut it off soon after birth? If he didn't want us to have foreskin, wouldn't he have made us without it? I am circumcised now, and I wish I was not....if it was about cleanliness, why wouldn't God have made another commandment, something like, "Thou shalt pull back and clean thy foreskin at least once a day."
What is the deal with circumcision and God's command that every boy be circumcised?

I'm 15 and my penis is about 5.5 in hard, and i think i hit puberty late and i don't know if at this point it's done growing or if I have to wait a little bit longer.
