There's the slightly higher risk of catching something you don't want and pregnancy from lots of casual sex but that's there even if you're in an exclusive, monogamous relation. More so if you're into polygamy. Here's the thing about sex: there's no absolutely safe version of it. Masturbation, regarded the safest, can have consequence too; you can have something stuck up you or too much rubbing might cause penile fractures, but that's rare, I hope.

Sex is actually healthy. It is very good exercise. The only way it would be unhealthy is if you got an STD. So wrap it up!

healthy as long as you use protection and limit number of partners. can get unhealthy if you don't use protection and have multiple partners. the unhealthiness can lead to std's.

Only unhealthy if it's unsafe and you get sexually transmitted diseases. It's healthy to have sex though and quite good for you, and exception would be if you do it too much and get sore, lol.

It's unhealthy if you do it with many people and you do it without protection- you are way more likely to get a sexually transmitted infection (STI).
The worst example of that is HIV, which will eventually lead to AIDS and then early death.
Otherwise, i.e. with one person, it's great and makes you happy and keeps you exercising ;)
