Only if you have an infection yourself - same as any other time of the month. Menstruation isn't an infectious disease.

He will not get any infections by having intercourse with you if you are on your period ( so long as you are free of infection yourself), but things could get a bit messy so I would not advise it really.

He can get an STI if you have any as per usual... but he won't get any additional infections caused by you being on your period.

I don't think he can but you can.. You can catch a yeast infection.
