Hey man..i was exactly the same way when i was 16..most people thought i was 12 and my drivers license was downright ridiculous given how young i looked..but now i'm 20 and about 6 inches taller and with a much bigger penis.. the thing is that puberty just comes in different stages for all guys but no matter what it does happen eventually.. between my junior and senior year of highschool i grew about 4 inches and then another 2 or so into college.. my penis size increased steadily from about your age and is actually still growing now while i'm in college..Basically though just don't worry about being a little later than the other guys, it hasn't kept me back and is actually an advantage when you grow older but look younger (girls love it). Even though its frustrating for the time being (i know it was for me) it will work out if you just give it time..don't worry man you'll get there..

You stop physically developing at the age of 18 and penis growth is usually the last thing to change or develop. For me, I started growing hair at the age of 12, its not that great. Your voice deepening comes first in the "circle of puberty."

Some teens go through puberty more slowly than others. But it sounds like the hormones are making their presence known.

Being "fully developed" is a relative term, and there is probably a genetic component to it. Are you comfortable with discussing this with your father, brothers or uncles?

Most men don't quit growing until they are 21 or 22 some more and some less don't worry you still have plenty of time to develop and you will fully develop just be patient.

My guess is you are a really fast runner. Try slowing down a bit and let puberty catch up. It's for your health.

you don't control the size of it, your gene does all the work.
