Well, I wouldn't say it has vitamins in it, its made up mostly of protein, but hey, so is most of your body.
Why does it taste good for some people? Well the same reason pumpkin tastes good for some people. Everyone has different tastes that they like.

Some people say that sperm has vitamins and minerals that are good for your teeth, skin, and hair. The taste of sperm depends on what the person eats, ex. fish, cheese, etc.

girls just say it tastes good (although i think it is not).they just have to say that to satisfy their men. it is something psychological.
